Our Packages

Premium

The Premium Package is hosted exclusively in our Earhart Room and is ideal for intimate gatherings. Guests may choose from round tables, farm-style seating, or a U-shaped setup for up to 30 guests. The standard setup includes black or white linens, centerpieces, water service, and buffet-style dining with plates and utensils placed at the buffet (guest tables are not pre-set). Holman’s Table basic décor is included, featuring charger plates, pillar candles, small floral arrangements, and seasonal accents. Audio-visual amenities include use of the Earhart Room flat-screen TV with HDMI connection and a wireless microphone. This package also includes in-house catering with our on-site pastry chef, professional service staff, one bar setup, and on-site parking. Black napkins are provided with your linen selection.

Signature

The Signature Package offers expanded space and enhanced details, with access to the Earhart Room and Cora’s Lounge and/or Patio, making it ideal for larger or more dynamic events. Guests may choose from round tables, six-foot banquet tables, or lounge furniture, all styled with your choice of black or white linens and napkins. Tables are fully set with charger plates, cloth napkins, silverware, glassware, and china plates. Elevated Holman’s Table décor is included, featuring centerpieces, additional pillar candles, antique suitcase accents, and seasonal décor throughout the space. This package includes two bar setups, in-house catering with our on-site pastry chef, professional service staff, and on-site day-of event management. Audio-visual amenities include use of flat-screen TVs in both the Earhart Room and Cora’s Lounge, along with a wireless microphone connected in the Earhart Room. On-site parking is available for all guests.

Exclusive

The Exclusive Package offers full buyout of all Holman’s Table spaces, providing complete privacy and flexibility for your event. This package includes full room flipping, setup, and tear-down across all areas, along with secondary and third bar setups as needed. Guests may choose from round tables, six-foot banquet tables, or restaurant-style seating, with tables fully set using charger plates, napkins, silverware, glassware, and china. Elevated décor is included throughout, blending Holman’s Table signature elements, restaurant and seasonal décor, pillar candles, antique suitcases, and aviation-inspired accents. Custom menu options are available and curated by our culinary team, including in-house catering with our on-site pastry chef. Professional service staff, on-site day-of event management, and on-site parking are all included to ensure a seamless and memorable experience.

Kasey Nixt joined the Holman’s Table team as the Catering Manager in 2024. A graduate from the University of Minnesota Twin Cities, Kasey has over 13 years of experience in the Restaurant and Hospitality Industry and is excited to be joining the Holman’s team! Kasey’s main focus will be on managing the catering side of the business and event planning to assist guests in hosting large events from rehearsal dinners, intimate weddings, company holiday parties, networking events, conferences, and more.

Menu & Dietary Needs

Holman’s Table Catering requests that all final guest counts and menu choices are submitted 2 weeks ahead of the event date to accommodate any last minute changes that may need to be made and final cutoff for changes is 7 days prior to the event date. That being said we do understand that things happen and sometimes there are last minute RSVPs or dietary restrictions and we will do our best to accommodate those as needed, however once the product has been ordered for an event we are unable to make changes to that existing order and any additional changes are subject to additional charges.

Our private dining and event space is called The Earhart Room, it is a warm and inviting space that is lined with windows that overlook the airfield of the Saint Paul Downtown Airport. The Earhart Room is equipped with its own private bar and can accommodate up to 70 guests for a sit-down meal and up to 95 people for a more social reception style event with cocktails and appetizer displays. Additionally we do offer add on spaces such as Cora’s lounge or Cora’s Patio (Weather permitting) which will increase the capacity a social style reception event to 150 guests. Additionally we also offer restaurant buyouts for additional space in which you and your guests will have exclusivity of the restaurant dining room, patios, lounge, and private event space - inquire for pricing.
