Kasey Nixt
Event Coordinator
Kasey Nixt joined the Holman’s Table team as the Catering Manager in 2024. A graduate from the University of Minnesota Twin Cities, Kasey has over a decade of experience in the Restaurant and Hospitality Industry and is an integral part of the Holman's Table team. Kasey’s main focus is managing the catering side of the business and event planning to assist guests in hosting large events from rehearsal dinners, intimate weddings, company holiday parties, networking events, conferences, and more. Over the last year Kasey has been proud to partner with businesses such as Delta Air Lines, Guardian's Real Estate Group, Flint Hills Resources, Securian Financial, 3M, Microsoft, and more for successful events at Holman's Table. In addition to local business groups Kasey also enjoys helping couples bring their wedding day to life or make their pre/post wedding events extra special. Part of Holman's Table's mission through Kasey and the current team's guidance is to support the community of St. Paul and as such Kasey and Holman's Table are proud partners of the Saint Paul Saints, Tickets for Kids, Urban Growler, Visit St. Paul, Meet Minneapolis, Minnesota Bride, and other charitable organizations in and around the St. Paul community.

Bill Kaufmann serves as the General Manager of Holman’s Table, where he leads daily operations with a focus on delivering a seamless, elevated guest experience. He is committed to building a strong, cohesive team while upholding the highest standards of service, ensuring every detail reflects the restaurant’s dedication to exceptional hospitality.
Passionate about what makes Holman’s Table truly unique, Bill embraces the intersection of aviation history and refined dining. He fosters a culture in which both guests and team members feel valued, helping to turn each visit into a memorable and meaningful experience.
